UKONS
The telephone triage training modules have been developed to support staff that undertake telephone triage of oncology and haematology patients using the UKONS 24hr triage tool. The online training consists of 4 modules that discuss: the principles of telephone assessment; the UKONS 24hr triage tool explored; governance, and the final module which includes several real-life scenarios for the learner to explore.
