Understanding sexual misconduct in the workplace
Understanding sexual misconduct in the workplace is an eLearning programme that helps people working and learning in the NHS recognise, understand and respond appropriately to unwanted, inappropriate or harmful sexual behaviour. It supports the NHS sexual safety in healthcare charter and its zero-tolerance approach to sexual misconduct, helping staff feel safe, supported and confident at work. The programme consists of one eLearning session, which can be completed as a standalone learning activity.
