Module 2 - Understanding the advanced practitioners scope of practice

The following sessions should be completed as a result of the skills’ scan which will have allowed you to self-assess and identify your own learning needs in the context of the advanced practice supervision capability framework.  By evaluating your own level of supervisory capability through the skills scan, both novice and experienced supervisors can tailor the training and identify the areas for their own development.

Regulated healthcare professionals are responsible for maintaining their competence in practice and this includes continuing professional development as an educator.  This eLearning package should be seen as an opportunity to develop and advance your skills as an educator.  You are encouraged to engage with the material and return to it as part of your ongoing appraisal and personal development.
