Module 1 - Foundations of advanced practice supervision

The purpose of this module is to introduce advanced practice supervision and some of the terminology used in supervisory practice. It explores how supervision of advanced practice differs, looks at the underpinning frameworks and evidence to support this. Using a multi professional approach it provides a solid base for the following modules and offers opportunity  to identify learning needs and areas for development, meaning the course can be tailored as necessary to suit individual or employer requirements.
