6. AI for All – One big thing (Civil Service)

This e-learning was created for the UK Civil Service as part of the One Big Thing 2025: AI for All initiative.

From Data in 2023 and Innovation in 2024, One Big Thing is the opportunity for all civil servants to engage in a shared moment of learning. This year we are focusing on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can boost productivity, ignite creativity and free up the time spent on day-to-day tasks.

This learning has been designed for all civil servants. The course supports both beginners and those with existing AI knowledge. Completing all modules helps build a shared understanding and fosters a supportive learning culture which provides guidance on the use of AI across government, but is applicable for NHS users as well. 

This course combines text, videos, animations, and interactive activities to help civil servants and NHS staff recognise the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in our work.
