Inequity

It is impossible to deliver FICare to every baby if parents are not partners in their babies care. However, everyone comes to the unit with their own unique experiences and needs, which may act as barriers to the building of this partnership. 

In this section we have shared resources that highlight these challenges and provide some practical solutions to tackle inequity and so enable all babies to receive FICare.
