Cardiovascular Diseases Toolkit

The cardiovascular disease (CVD) training guide aligns to the NHS Long Term Plan and provides learners with a comprehensive list of online resources to support workforce upskilling, training and development. This toolkit is a digital version of the multi-professional CVD training guide that offers consistent, credible and helpful resources relating to the prevention and management of the condition.

This programme was originally located on the elfh hub and was first published on 3 March 2022. It migrated on to the Learning Hub on 13 March 2024.
