Cardiovascular Diseases Toolkit
The Cardiovascular Diseases (CVD) Toolkit elearning programme provides an overview of CVD prevention and care across the full patient pathway. The programme supports workforce development by promoting consistent, high-quality approaches to identifying, managing, and supporting people with, or at risk of, cardiovascular disease.
The programme comprises a single elearning session, which offers a comprehensive collection of online resources aligned to the NHS Long Term Plan.
