This course is for Operational Logistics and Procurement teams building on their data fundamentals capability. It focuses on developing confidence in analysing and communicating data using visualisation, forecasting and storytelling. Learners will explore how automation tools, machine learning and AI can support commercial activity, helping them apply data more effectively to inform decisions and improve outcomes.

This course supports Logistics, Procurement and Data staff who are new to managing a team to develop their confidence in leading day-to-day delivery.
