The Core Managers’ Programme (CMP) has been created by the NHS London EDI team with support from the NHS Leadership Academy.

This flexible, online development offer, delivered over 7 courses, helps line managers, supervisors and all staff to build compassionate, inclusive, and equitable workplace cultures.
