NHSE GP Differential Attainment Toolkit

The NHSE GP Differential Attainment Toolkit collates the current best practice to reduce differential attainment among GP Trainees from across Health Education England.

These resources can be used by GP Educators to support trainees that experience worse training outcomes and that belong to a protected characteristic group. It contains materials on unconscious bias; bystander training; culturally sensitive conversations; diversity, inclusion and belonging; equity and fairness in training; feedback and difficult conversations; and raising awareness.

This toolkit was originally collated in 2020 and will be continually updated as new resources are developed.
