Introduction to Integrated Care Systems for Pharmacy Professionals

As a pharmacy professional, you are expected to deliver services based on the priorities of the integrated care systems (ICSs) in your area. This programme introduces the principles and aims of ICSs,  your role within them and considers the patient’s journey through the system.

This programme was originally located on the elfh hub and was first published on 15 July 2021. It migrated on to the Learning Hub on 11 June 2024.
