An induction to Maternity and Neonatal Voice Partnerships

This programme is designed to support Maternity and Neonatal Voice partnership leads and others working in / with MNVPs to gain a common grounding in the knowledge and skills needed to lead an MNVP. 
Learning objectives are

• To enable MNVP leads to transition to a strategic role
• To equip MNVP Leads with skills and knowledge to effectively lead MNVPs
• To provide MNVP Leads with an overview of the maternity and neonatal system
• To provide MNVP Leads with the skills and knowledge needed to work in an inclusive manner across professional groups and taking account of equality and diversity within their local communities
• To support MNVP Leads to develop their communications skills
• To enable MNVP leads to take care of their personal wellbeing.
