Intellectual property (IP) guidelines for the National Health Service (NHS) in England

The guidance is non-statutory, offering practical steps and best practice principles for organisations delivering NHS services to manage IP strategically, ensuring innovations benefit the NHS and the public whilst safeguarding valuable assets. This area will be used to support the guidance and will include training resources and recorded webinars. This guidance was developed by NHS England and DHSC in partnership with NIHR.
