Project and Change Management Modules

This suite of 5 short sessions helps NHS staff build a clear, consistent understanding of the fundamentals of project and change management. The aim is to give everyone, especially those new to the NHS, early in their careers, or working in project-related roles without formal qualifications, the confidence and knowledge to deliver successful change.

These sessions form part of wider efforts to strengthen project and change capability across the NHS, aligning with the Management and Leadership Competency Framework. They are open to all staff and meet the professional standards set by the following:

  • Association for Project Management (APM)
  • Change Management Institute (CMI)
  • HM Treasury
  • National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority (NISTA)
