Primary Medical Care; Commissioning and Contract Management
This suite of specially designed sessions aims to provide NHS commissioners of primary medical care services (GP services) with a deeper appreciation of some of the more complicated commissioning or contract management scenarios they may face. They complement the ‘Policy and Guidance Manual’ for primary medical care that can be found on the NHS England/Improvement website.
The sessions within this suite will be of interest and benefit to commissioners and others with responsibility for overseeing primary medical care contracts in ICBs and NHS England/Improvement regional teams and can contribute to internal audit recommendations as well as individual continuous professional development.
This programme was originally located on the elfh hub and was first published on 15 June 2020. It migrated on to the Learning Hub on 5 February 2024.
