Inclusive Reciprocal Mentoring Programme: Driving Systemic EDI Transformation
The Reciprocal Mentoring Programme is designed to enable organisations and systems to deliver on their Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) objectives and ambitions. This initiative supports systemic transformation by fostering change at individual, organisational, and societal levels.
Programme Overview
The programme brings together senior leaders and staff from marginalised group(s), creating meaningful reciprocal mentoring relationships that challenge perspectives and drive inclusive leadership. Each organisation will determine, based on its workforce data, which staff groups to prioritise for this intervention.
To ensure impact and sustainability, the programme must be owned, led, and championed by the participating organisation.
Delivery options include:
- Blended learning via the virtual campus
- Face-to-face sessions facilitated by trained reciprocal mentoring facilitators
Participants will also engage in reciprocal mentoring pairs and Action Learning Impact Groups (ALIG) to embed learning and accelerate change.
Next Steps
Please review the Organisational Guidance and complete the Organisational Readiness Assessment Tool to assess your organisation’s suitability and readiness for the programme.
