Restorative Just Culture

The Restorative Just Culture training and resources have been designed to build an understanding of the principles of restorative just culture and empower staff to lead the shift from a blame-based culture to a culture of restoration and accountability.

The resources include four units, designed to be delivered across your organisation, with a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical exercises. Following completion of the training sessions delegates will have; the skills to review policy making with a restorative approach, built core management skills to effectively handle crucial conversations and actively impacted the cultural shift towards a kinder and fairer workplace.
