This session aims to support safe piloting of video group clinics (VGCs). We will explore the 3 main phases in setting-up a VGC. In so doing, we will identify the key tasks during each phase, consider how to manage the risks that may arise and learn how to take a quality improvement approach to evaluate your VGCs in order to improve patient outcomes.
