This e-learning programme will cover the importance of 'lifting the lip' for looked after children (LAC)/ Children in Care (ChiC) at initial health assessment. Alongside this, how to recognise problems in the mouth, and provide advice on effective mouth care. It describes the mouth check, a tool used to assist in priortising care alongside how to access dental services based on need.
