Doing Better: An Interactive E-learning Course on Intercultural Communication

This course, including all modules, should take approximately 50-60 minutes to complete. Some learners may require additional time.

‘Doing Better’ is a dynamic e-learning course designed for all learners, including those enrolled on healthcare programmes.

The course aims to deepen understanding of intercultural communication and promote effective, respectful interactions with internationally educated staff and learners across academic education settings and practice learning environments including practice placements.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Enhance understanding of the complexity of intercultural communication.
  • Improve the ability to communicate effectively with internationally educated staff and learners.
  • Increase understanding of how intercultural communication (good and bad) can impact on internationally educated staff and learner experience and outcomes.
