Ambitions Partnership

The Ambitions for palliative and end of life care: a national framework for local action 2021–2026 in England, has been refreshed for the next five years, by the national Ambitions for Palliative and End of Life Care Partnership. 

Originally published in 2015, the Framework sets out our vision to improve palliative, end of life and bereavement care in England, through partnership and collaborative action between organisations at a local level. The framework aims to ensure that children, young people and adults living with advanced, progressive and life-limiting illness have the best possible experience of care throughout their remaining life and in death, and that those who are caring and bereaved are supported.
