Medicines Optimisation Training Portal

These medicines optimisation training resources deliver quality training which enhances medicines optimisation knowledge and skills, supports professional behaviours and improves patient safety. The training has been developed by NHS pharmacy colleagues locally in the North East and Yorkshire who shared their original training modules, pharmacy teams in the South West and multi-professional teams who contributed further resources. The full programme offers introductory eLearning modules, a variety of self-directed introductory learning workbooks, and enhanced work based medicines skills training modules with assessments which will support the medicines and pharmacy workforce now and into the future.
